We received this charming e-mail from Mrs Chadwick. We found this quite unique and would like to share this note with you.

"Dear Custtom team,

I became 82 this year and did not think I would ever learn how to use computers. My son always helped me with that but you also want to be able to do something yourself. I had seen a photo on canvas at my sister's, it was put in a floating frame. I thought this was so beautiful! When I got home I immediately called my son James but he was busy, so I tried to order something on canvas on your website myself. Of course I did not succeed, so I called with your customer service. A very friendly gentleman helped me and together we ordered my canvas of our family portrait. Three days later the print was already delivered to my house! It was so beautiful and what a great service. Nowadays you hardly see that anymore. I'm now able to order canvases myself without any help. My house is full of them and everyone I know gets one as a present. I only ask them to send me a photo. I think I may be your most loyal customer at 82 years of age. Who would have thought.
